Membership Overview
Core Plan: The Core Plan is for hospitals experiencing good results with their hand hygiene program. The Core Plan builds on existing success with best practice information, materials, training aids, in-session exercises, videos and the Take5™ program.
Core Plan fees: $1.00 per hospital bed.
Enhancement Options: Enhancement options are designed for hospitals interested in energizing a hand hygiene program that is not delivering the desired level of compliance.

Kick Start: Will assess, develop and initiate a series of site specific actions to engage management and staff in a culture changing process. See Attachment, Appendix I
2. Certified Trainer: Certification includes the materials, manuals and equipment necessary to set proper standards for the quality of a hand wash and hand sanitizing and to train hospital staff to meet these standards. Certified Trainers also receive Take5™. See Attachment, Appendix II
3. Healthy Hand Clinic: This enhancement option is a paradigm shifter designed for direct contact professional staff at high risk for HAI contact or transmission. See Attachment, Appendix III
